The following table lists system (base) roles with their associated device access rights. You can also create custom roles and assign specific permissions.
Note
Read Only and No Access system roles are used as a base role for custom roles.
System Roles | Access Rights |

Administrator | A role that grants a user access to all device management features and functions for devices that are within a specific NetCloud Manager account and all associated subaccounts. Administrators also have the ability to add additional subaccounts and grant device access to other NetCloud users for the accounts and subaccounts they administer. |
Full Access user | A role that grants a user access to all device management features and functions for devices that are within a specific NetCloud Manager account and associated subaccounts. Unlike administrators, Full Access users do not have the ability to grant device access to other NetCloud users, nor can they create additional subaccounts. |
Read Only user | A role that grants a user access to view device management features and functions for devices that are within a specific NetCloud Manager account and associated subaccounts. Read Only users only have the ability to view information that relates to device management in NetCloud Manager. They do not have access to modify it. |
Diagnostic user | A role that grants a user access to view and diagnose device management features and functions for devices that are within a NetCloud Manager account and associated subaccounts. Diagnostic users have the same level of device access as Read Only users, with additional privileges around the following functions:
