From NetCloud Manager you can manage users and collaborator users.
User: Permanent membership in a specific NetCloud tenant (account or organization).
Collaborator: Grants a user the ability to collaborate into a different NetCloud account or organization. A collaborator is first granted access to a specific NetCloud account or organization as a user and then given specific permissions that relate to the management of users and networks within the NetCloud account, organization, or subaccount within a tenant they are collaborating into. Collaborator access is typically provided as temporary or project-based access to external accounts/organizations
