Collaborator access can be removed by either an account administrator or by the collaborator themselves.

Removal by an Account Administrator

Use this procedure to remove collaborator access.

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Click Account in the left-side navigation panel.

  3. Click NetCloud Manager Permissions.

  4. Select the collaborator user.

  5. Click Edit.

  6. Select No Access from the Role drop-down menu in the Edit NCM Permissions panel.

  7. Click OK.

Removal by the Collaborator

Collaborator users can use this procedure to remove collaborator access.

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to your username at the upper-right of the page.

  3. Select Switch Accounts.

  4. Select the collaborating account.

  5. Click Delete.

  6. Click OK.
