Cradlepoint's implementation of MFA uses a TOTP application. To enable MFA on your NetCloud Manager account, you must set up a TOTP application on your mobile phone or other device before proceeding with the configuration steps below. There are several TOTP application vendors available, including, but not limited to, the following:

Choose a TOTP application, whether from the list above or elsewhere, and set it up on your device following the instructions for that application. Cradlepoint does not recommend or validate any specific TOTP applications. Select a TOTP application that is compatible and supported within your business environment.
