Service Provider (SP) initiated logins are supported when integrating NetCloud Manager with an IdP. This means that logins to NetCloud Manager are validated by the IdP without leaving NetCloud Manager's login page; users only need to select the button and enter their Company Identifier to login.
This is in contrast to IdP-Initiated logins where users log into NetCloud Manager using a tile on their organization's IdP dashboard.
An SP-Initiated login can be configured when a new IdP integration is created or can be added to an existing integration. An IdP integration can use both IdP-Initiated logins and Service-Provider Initiated logins. When both methods are enabled, users can log in via their IdP dashboard (IdP initiated) or via NetCloud Manager's login page (SP initiated).
