Use the following steps to set up MFA while logged into your account.

  1. Log into NetCloud Manager.

  2. In the top-right corner of NetCloud Manager, click the Profile icon 130945_spr.png.

  3. Click the Edit icon edit.png next to your name.

  4. Click Setup MFA.

    Click Setup MFA

  5. Connect your TOTP application to your NetCloud Manager account using the MFA setup dialog.

    • Use Option 1 if your TOTP application supports QR-code scanning. Scan the QR code in the MFA setup dialog. After scanning the QR code, your MFA tokens are available in the TOTP application.

    • Use Option 2 if your TOTP application does not support QR-code scanning. Copy the manual configuration key listed in Option 2 and paste the configuration key into your TOTP application. After adding the configuration key to your TOTP application, your MFA tokens are available in the TOTP application.

  6. Add the MFA token from your TOTP application to the Authentication Code field, and then click Finish.

  7. Click Close.
